Shipping and Returns

Shipping costs Netherlands

Free shipping on all orders in the Netherlands! No minimum order amount is required.

Products that are sent through the letterbox in an air cushion envelope and will be sent via PostNL. The other packages will be sent via DPD. For shipments sent via DPD, you will receive a track and trace code.

We aim to deliver your order to your home within 2-3 working days! Are you having problems with your shipment or can't quite figure it out? Then contact us!

Shipping abroad

Products that fit into a bubble mailer will be send with PostNL. Shipping costs are €3,50.

Products that are bigger than that and need a parcel will be send with DPD. Shipping costs are €9,95.

The shipping costs will be calculated automatically at checkout.

We ask the customer to pay the shipping costs themselves because the shipping costs do not cover all our costs as the necessary costs are also incurred for packaging your item! Think of the cards that we have printed or the jewelry boxes that come with your piece of jewelry.

Returns

Products can be returned within 14 days after receiving the order. Please contact us at contact@charitygoodz.nl for this. All our products can be returned with exception of the earrings for hygiene reasons.

The products must be in their original condition and undamaged.

The return costs are for the customer. You can choose to return it in a tracable package or an untraceable package. However, it is important to take into account that the risk of the return with an untraceable package lies with the customer. When we have received the order in good condition, we will refund the amount to your account as soon as possible.

NOTE: the refund is without the donation. This is because we can't get your donation back.
