1. Prices The prices indicated on the website include the donation. In the description you can see how much you donate per item.

2. OrdersAs soon as you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation by email. In this confirmation you will see the products excluding VAT and including shipping costs. You agree to a digital invoice.

3. ProductsDespite the fact that our products are composed with care and love and that our earrings are lead and nickel free, it is of course always possible that you react badly to one of the parts. Charitygoodz cannot be held liable for this. In case of complaints, always contact us!

4. PaymentsYou can pay with Ideal (Mollie). Ideal is the most popular payment method, with this payment method you can safely and directly handle the payment via the specific security methods of your own bank.

5. Donations When paying for an order you trust that I will transfer the money to the relevant charity. Charitygoodz aims to transfer this every working day to send you a confirmation of the donation. With a purchase price (per product) between €0.00 - €10.00 you donate €1.00 to a charity of your choice. With a purchase price (per product) between € 10.00 - € 20.00 you donate € 2.00 to a charity of your choice. With the exception of the original satin cord bracelets, these cost €9.95 of which you donate €2.00 to a charity of your choice!

6. StockIt is possible that a product is not in stock and this is not properly stated in the shop. We will let you know asap and if possible order the product as soon as possible.

7. Shipment Most shipments are sent by DPD parcel post. You will receive a track and trace of your order. Sometimes the order fits through the letterbox, then it will be sent with PostNL.

8. DeliveryCharitygoodz strives to ship all orders within 3 working days after receipt of payment. This is because all products are handmade! Should this be deviated from for any reason, we will inform you by email as soon as possible. Charitygoodz is not liable for damaged or lost items by PostNL/DPD, if this happens we will always contact you and we will look at the possibilities together.

9. ReturnsIf you are not satisfied with the item you ordered and you want to return it, you can contact us by sending an email to info@charitygoodz.nl stating your order number and the reason for return. The product must be returned at all times to be returned undamaged and in the original packaging within 14 days, shipping costs are for the account of the customer.

10. PrivacyAll personal data is used exclusively for the processing of the order and communication with the customer. The data will never be made available to third parties.
